Puppet shows currently available

Apart from our traditonal Punch & Judy shows we also offer a range of other puppet shows. These can be booked alone or combined with puppet workshops, balloon modelling or children's magic.

Little Red Riding Hood

(Suitable for younger children - up to 7 years old)

 

Lots of fun, action and audience participation.

(lasts around 20 minutes) 
 

 

 

The Three Little Pigs

(suitable for younger children - up to 7 years)                

                                 

More action from the big, bad wolf. The children must help the pigs to save the day.

(lasts around 20 minutes)

 

 

George & the Dragon

(suitable for all ages - up to around 11 years)

The dragon is causing mayhem and must be defeated. After some failed attempts we send for St. George.

A comical show.  (lasts around 20 minutes).

 

Maria Marten & the Murder in the Red Barn

(suitable for older children -  9 to 13 years)

A local Suffolk tale of deceit, murder and finally  justice.

This story is told with a mix of hand puppets and shadow puppets to create the atmosphere.

(lasts around 25 minutes)

This can be completed with a look behind the scenes and a little of the  actual history of the time.

 

 

Persephone

(suitable for older children - 9 to 13 years)

The Greek myth brought to life with puppets. A mixture of hand puppets and shadow puppets mark the difference between the Earth ...

 

and the Underworld. 

This can be completed with a chance for the children to put on their own myths (Greek or made-up) using quality puppets which include dragons, the Cyclops, Medusa, Cerberus and Hydra.
